1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OddsRadar ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OddsRadar is an informational platform that tracks and displays live sports betting odds from various bookmakers. The Service provides: • Real-time odds tracking and monitoring • Notifications when odds change significantly • Statistical analysis and probability calculations • League subscription and match tracking features The Service is designed purely for informational and entertainment purposes.
3. Paid subscriptions (mobile apps)
Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription (for example "Premium", as named in the Apple App Store or Google Play). • Billing: Charges are billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Price, billing period, introductory offers (if any), and taxes are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase and in your subscription settings. • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (exact timing follows Apple/Google rules). • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime in your device subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you generally keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not control store refund decisions. • Feature/price changes: We may change subscription benefits or pricing for new purchases where permitted. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or store rules. 6. User Responsibilities

7. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information: • Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors • There may be delays between actual odds changes and our displays • We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any statistics or calculations • Bookmaker odds can change at any time without notice Always verify odds directly with bookmakers before making any decisions.
