Terms of Service

Welcome to OddsRadar ("OddsRadar", "we", "our", or "us"). OddsRadar is operated by an independent individual developer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OddsRadar website, mobile applications, Premium subscriptions, AI-powered features, notifications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy at https://oddsradar.online/privacy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use OddsRadar only if you: • are at least 18 years of age (or the higher age of majority required in your jurisdiction); and • are legally permitted to access sports betting-related information under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. OddsRadar is not intended for anyone under 18, or for individuals prohibited from accessing betting-related information by applicable law.
2. Description of the Service
OddsRadar is an informational sports analytics platform. The Service may include features such as: • live odds monitoring; • odds movement tracking; • AI-generated match insights; • statistical analysis; • league and competition tracking; • notification services; • Premium subscription features; • editor-curated content; • historical match information; • personalized preferences. OddsRadar is not a bookmaker, betting operator, gambling platform, financial service, or investment platform. The Service exists solely to provide informational content.
3. No Gambling Services
OddsRadar does not: • accept bets; • facilitate gambling; • process gambling transactions; • provide bookmaker services; • hold customer betting funds; • guarantee betting outcomes. Any betting activity undertaken by users is entirely independent of OddsRadar.
4. Informational Purpose Only
All information made available through the Service is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing contained within the Service should be interpreted as: • betting advice; • financial advice; • investment advice; • legal advice; • professional advice of any kind. Users remain solely responsible for all decisions made using information available through the Service.
5. AI Features
OddsRadar may provide AI-generated insights powered by third-party artificial intelligence services. AI-generated content may include: • match analysis; • probability estimates; • statistical summaries; • confidence indicators; • trend analysis; • editorial-style explanations. AI-generated content: • may contain inaccuracies; • may become outdated; • may be incomplete; • may be generated automatically without human review. AI Insights are provided solely for informational purposes and must never be interpreted as betting recommendations or guarantees of future events. Users should independently evaluate all information before making decisions.
6. Editor Picks
OddsRadar may display editorial content, highlights, featured matches, or Editor Picks. Editor Picks represent editorial opinions only. They do not constitute: • betting recommendations; • financial advice; • guaranteed profitable opportunities. Any action taken based on Editor Picks remains entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Odds & Statistics
OddsRadar displays information obtained from third-party data providers. Although we strive to maintain accurate and timely information: • odds may be delayed; • statistics may contain errors; • bookmaker information may change without notice; • historical data may later be corrected; • temporary inconsistencies may occur. OddsRadar makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any displayed data. Users should always verify odds directly with the relevant bookmaker before placing any wager.
8. Notifications
OddsRadar may send notifications based on user preferences. Notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including: • Apple Push Notification service; • Firebase Cloud Messaging; • Expo infrastructure; • device settings; • operating system restrictions; • network connectivity. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered or delivered within any specific timeframe. Missing or delayed notifications do not create any liability for OddsRadar.
9. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require an active auto-renewable subscription ("OddsRadar Premium"). Premium subscriptions are offered through: • Apple App Store • Google Play The available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, introductory offers, and free trials are displayed within the applicable app store before purchase. Billing Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment processing is performed by Apple or Google under their respective terms and policies. Auto-Renewal Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are processed by Apple or Google according to their billing policies. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time using your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Premium access generally remains available until the end of the paid subscription period. Deleting the OddsRadar application or deleting your OddsRadar account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Free Trials OddsRadar may offer free trial periods. If a free trial is not cancelled before its expiration, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription in accordance with the policies of Apple or Google. Eligibility for free trials is determined by the applicable app store. OddsRadar does not control trial eligibility. Refunds Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. OddsRadar cannot approve, reject, or process refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. 10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • violate any applicable law; • attempt unauthorized access to our systems; • interfere with the operation of the Service; • reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; • scrape or systematically collect data from the Service; • use automated bots without our written permission; • abuse notification systems; • create fraudulent accounts; • impersonate another individual; • resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization; • introduce malware or malicious software; • attempt to bypass Premium restrictions or subscription mechanisms. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to: • software; • source code; • algorithms; • AI prompts; • designs; • user interface; • trademarks; • logos; • graphics; • databases; • text; • statistical models; • notifications; • documentation; are owned by OddsRadar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of any intellectual property rights. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12. Availability of the Service
We continually improve the Service. Accordingly, we may: • add features; • modify functionality; • remove features; • discontinue services; • perform maintenance; • change supported platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of: • infrastructure maintenance; • cloud provider outages; • internet failures; • sports data provider interruptions; • third-party API failures; • software updates; • security incidents; • events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Services
OddsRadar relies upon third-party providers including, but not limited to: • Apple • Google • Anthropic • Firebase • Google Analytics • RevenueCat • Expo • sports data providers These providers operate independently. OddsRadar is not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party services.
14. Beta Features
From time to time we may release experimental or beta features. Beta features: • may contain bugs; • may change without notice; • may be removed permanently; • may produce inaccurate results. Beta features are provided "AS IS" without warranties.
15. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided: "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no representations or warranties regarding: • uninterrupted availability; • accuracy; • completeness; • reliability; • merchantability; • fitness for a particular purpose; • compatibility with every device; • error-free operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OddsRadar, its developer, licensors, affiliates, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any: • direct damages; • indirect damages; • incidental damages; • consequential damages; • special damages; • punitive damages; • lost profits; • betting losses; • lost opportunities; • loss of goodwill; • loss of business; • data loss; • service interruptions; • notification delays; • AI inaccuracies; • statistical inaccuracies; • bookmaker errors; • third-party service failures. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Force Majeure
OddsRadar shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: • natural disasters; • acts of government; • war; • terrorism; • internet outages; • cloud infrastructure failures; • data provider failures; • cyberattacks; • labour disputes; • electrical failures; • pandemics. During such events, the Service may be temporarily unavailable.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if: • you violate these Terms; • fraudulent activity is suspected; • your use threatens the security or stability of the Service; • required by law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OddsRadar, its developer, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of: • your use of the Service; • your violation of these Terms; • your violation of applicable law; • your misuse of the Service.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OddsRadar regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the subject matter.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence cannot be waived, those laws continue to apply to the extent required.
